Fitness classes for all activity levels, male or female are held every Monday and Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm at the Lucky Lake Community Hall.

STARTER FITNESS CLASSES
30 minute group class for the beginner wanting to try out a fitness class but not ready to commit to the hour long classes. Held every Monday from 7:00pm-7:30pm at the Lucky Lake Community Hall.

1 ON 1 SESSIONS
Working directly with Michaela at a location that is decided on before hand. This can be added to any additional program as well.

HOME PROGRAMS
Each option includes a program that is specifically designed for your goals and fitness needs. It provides motivation and regular check-ins to ensure you are on track with meeting your goals. The program also includes nutrition advice to help guide you in your food choices. We will start with a free consultation that will discuss goals, preferences and any other important information that is needed. From there you will receive your workout plan in the following days.
